Do you charge travel fees?
At this time, I’m available to book sessions in East Tennessee, Southwestern Virginia, Western North Carolina, & Central Florida. Travel fees apply if the distance exceeds 90 miles of my Johnson City, TN home or my Tampa, FL home. These rates will be calculated when I send you a proposal.
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely. I’ll talk about the payment details during our scheduled phone call. I can work with you!
Is the retainer refundable?
All retainers are non-refundable. Please book a session if you’re 100% sure you can be there that day!
How do I receive my photos from our photoshoot?
During our phone call, I will provide you with a personalized link & pin for your online gallery. Your gallery will have your images available for up to 6 months and can be downloaded to a smartphone or computer.
Can I purchase more images than what is included in my package?
If requested, I can provide sneak peeks (also known as proofing) of any additional photos for your gallery. I will invoice you for the remaining edited images once you select them. It is $10 per photo.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, please do. I love dogs.
Is there a limit on how many people can be included in the photos?
The limit is eight total subjects. So yes, your session can include seven people and one dog, for example. If your group is bigger than eight subjects, please let me know ahead of time to adjust the pricing & timeline.
Which forms of payment are accepted?
Cash, debit & credit options are available.
What should I wear?
Please wear your favorite outfit. Be you! Wear something that YOU love and is comfortable as well! If you need inspiration, I can provide a client guide :)
What time do you think I should arrive for my session?
Please be sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to make sure that all session time is used.
What if weather conditions are not favorable?
This is the only circumstance that will permit rescheduling. We will go over this on the phone. terms & conditions are provided on your contract as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cannot make your session and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session. All rescheduling & cancellation terms are stated in my contract.
How long does it take to receive the edited images?
It takes up to 14 days to finalize a portrait/couples/engagement gallery. Wedding galleries take 4-6 weeks. The fall season is a very busy season for weddings, so wedding galleries may take up to 6-8 weeks if the wedding takes place between October-Late November. I will communicate with you along the way.
