Do you charge travel fees?

We do require additional travel fees if the location exceeds 100 miles from Johnson City, Tennessee OR Tampa, Florida. Travel fees range from $500.00 to $1,000.00 depending on the location.

Are payment plans available?

Payment arrangements are available. We’re flexible and will work with you! Please note that your deposit is non-refundable. We are committed to our clients and their time-we always show up no matter what. We have plenty of reviews/referrals and can share them with you if needed :)

How do I receive my photos?

We will provide you with a personalized online gallery link when we send you some sneak peeks! This online gallery will have your images & videos available for download on any device. We highly encourage you to save multiple backups of the images/videos once the gallery is complete. We recommend saving copies to a computer, a USB flash drive, AND an online storage (Google Drive, Facebook Albums, Microsoft One Drive, etc.) so the files can be recovered no matter what. We don’t mind saving copies of your images, but they take up tons of space. The more we capture and collect, the more expensive it becomes to save these backups. Be sure to do your part and save copies of them too.

Can I purchase Additional images/videos?

If you are happy with your gallery and want to purchase more images or videos: reach out to Gabriela! She will schedule a Zoom call to review the remaining photos / raw video footage that didn’t make it into your finalized product. Pricing for additional product:

  • Photos: $10 Per Image

  • Video: $500 Additional Highlight Video Production

Editing your images and/or videos can take several weeks to complete and deliver. Additional photos and video must be paid for before post-production work begins.

How long does it take to receive the edited images?

Our post-production process can take up to 90 days. We give every photo and video all of our undivided attention and love. Gabriela will communicate along the way and send sneak peeks within 1 week of your booking.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, please do! We love dogs, cats, birds, any pet is free to join <3

What should I wear?

We typically make suggestions for colors that compliment the location. If you need inspiration, we can provide examples that fit your vision.

What time do you think I should arrive for my session?

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure photography coverage is fulfilled.

What if weather conditions are not favorable?

For portrait, engagement & elopement sessions, undesirable weather can require rescheduling. We will go over this during our introduction phone call. Terms & conditions are provided on your contract as well. We are flexible but prefer favorable weather. We will make it work, rain or shine, but rescheduling is never an issue for us as long as it works for you too!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cannot make your session and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, you will receive a credit towards a future session. For weddings & elopements, a refund cannot be processed if you cancel or reschedule within 7 days of your wedding/elopement date. All rescheduling & cancellation terms are stated in the contract.
